From One Truck to a Regional Leader

Pugh’s Earthworks began in 1992, when Mark Pugh started the business with a $500 truck and a simple vision — to provide dependable, high-quality lawn care at a fair price. Over three decades later, that vision has grown into a multi-city operation serving hundreds of satisfied clients.

Today, we proudly operate 60+ trucks and employ over 200 trained landscaping professionals, many with degrees and certifications in horticulture. Despite our growth, we still maintain our very first commercial account — the Memphis Hunt and Polo Club — a testament to our long-term relationships and consistent quality.
