Lawn Maintenance:

• Lawn mowing on a weekly basis during growing season with rotary type mowers when both soil and grass are dry and not more than 60% of the leaf surface to be removed during any one service.

• Removal of grass clippings from walks, drives, and parking areas.

• Mechanically edge all curbs, etc.

• Manual trim around all trees, poles, and other obstacles.

• Application of grassy herbicides to all hard surfaces as needed.

• Customized leaf removal schedules.

Horticulture Maintenance:

• Mulch application customized to customer specifications and to maximize appearance of the property.

• Cut back ground covers in early spring to make room for new growth and promote a healthy appearance.

• Maximize property appearance and pick up all fallen leaves.

• Prune all shrubbery to maintain and promote a manicured and healthy appearance as needed.

• Manual trimming of trees that are no taller than 20 ft. in height to promote proper health and appearance. Assuming normal conditions as needed to maintain and promote a healthy appearance except when the need of pruning results from an act of God or circumstances beyond our control, which customer will be charged on a time and material basis.

• Manually ring all trees to keep grass from intruding into mulch.

• Implement a supplemental chemical program to enhance appearances and promote growth of all plant areas. Said chemical program to include fertilization (for growth), pre-emergent and post-emergent herbicide (for weed control), and insecticides (elimination of insect infestations of trees and shrubs). • Prune shrubbery as needed to maintain and promote a manicured and healthy appearance.

• Seasonal planting of blooming plants available in contract or as an additional service.

• Watering of all non-irrigated areas is the responsibility the customer.

Irrigation Maintenance:

• Spring start-up as weather permits:

• Start up backflow valve, controller, and valves and rain-stat.

• Check main line for leaks.

• Check all heads and valves for proper operation.

• Monthly checks of all systems for proper operations and adjustment through the growing season.

• Winter shut down and draining of the entire system.

• All repairs to the irrigation system will be billed per man-hour plus materials.
